This is a derivative of the previous painting. I made the extra effort to eliminate structure and truly created chaos. Strange how long it took me to begin – as if I had to mentally plan out chaos.
i'm quite sure i'm floating in a mystical sea looking down at lifeforms that surely can't be real. the color, the translucency ... they beg to be touched, but i'm pretty sure they're going to disappear when i try. almost as if this is the secret life of the structured painting. this is what those designs do when we're not looking.
