It's been a very long day. Tonight I am opting for Chamomile rather than Merlot. No art to post because I still haven't found the time. I can't even find any older work to post.

I know what you mean about overdoing on the sugar and caffine and other no no's. It's ok to indulge from time to time but the trick is to indulge in moderation which is difficult. I also, haven't been finding time for my art. I'm hoping to get back this week. I enjoy your blog. Keep on arting!
